Review: Teviant The Ultimate Skin Master Luminous Foundation (Eggshell)

In the past few years, yes years, I’ve stopped wearing foundation all throughout and just relied on spot concealing + setting powder to have that au naturele skin look. However, I noticed that during special occasions, my skin looked dull and flat in photos. I mean, sure taking collagen nightly helped my skin taut and young looking, but of course it doesn’t always show well in photographs.

I’ve been following Sandy from @sandysplayground on Tiktok for a while now, because she’s one of the few honest beauty influencers who’s transparent, and mostly pays for her own products. This is what I do now also, now that I’ve taken a backseat from beauty blogging and just made content based on what I feel and want.

Anyway long story short, she loves Teviant so I ordered a bottle, and a bottle of their primer for me to try. I shared a lot of product photos and swatches below. Please also scroll down to the bottom to read my full review of the product!

Okay let’s start with the packaging. The product is enclosed in a frosted glass bottle which is quite thick, and sturdy because I accidentally dropped mine and whew it was still okay! It also comes with a functional pump that’s hygienic and dispenses the right amount of product.

The shade Eggshell is light-medium with a cool to neutral undertone. It gives off a beautiful velvetty and literally glowy and luminous finish. Despite that, it actually kept oilies at bay! Wow!

This is also full coverage so apply sparingly. If you want a lighter base, you can mix their foundation with their primer (so good too!) for a more natural finish.

Staying power is AMAZING. I applied it around 11am, then come 10pm and it still looks gorgeous. It did fade on areas where I fidget and touch my face a lot so I need to spot conceal those areas. 

Honestly? This is one of the best liquid foundations I’ve tried and you can’t beat it for its price. It can go toe-to-toe with high-end to luxury makeup (even better!). 

Will I repurchase? Definitely. Highly recommended! I love it!
