Marian Rivera backs the next-gen of Filipino creators through Nuwhite’s Glow For 200

Being a creator today can mean wearing several hats at once. You’re expected to make good content, build a personal brand, understand social media platforms, work with brands, and, increasingly, know how to turn all of that into an actual business.

That’s where Nuwhite’s Glow For 200: Season 2 – Glow Beyond comes in.

Now approaching her fifth year as Nuwhite’s celebrity ambassador, Marian Rivera is supporting the creator development initiative, which aims to give 200 Filipino content creators the skills and knowledge they need to build more sustainable careers in the digital space.

The program officially kicks off on September 22, 2026, at the Enderun Tent in Taguig. The 200 Glow Icons were selected from more than 1,200 registrations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Rivera brings a perspective shaped by a career that has moved well beyond television. Her work has spanned film, entrepreneurship, and digital media, giving her years of experience connecting with audiences as platforms and the way people consume content continue to change.

For the creators joining Glow Beyond, the goal goes beyond learning how to make a viral video.

The year-long program will cover personal branding, content creation, livestreaming, affiliate growth, business, and financial literacy. Participants will also have access to mentorship, collaboration opportunities, and brand experiences throughout the year.

The initiative brings together industry mentors and personalities including representatives from TikTok Philippines, Chinkee Tan, Ingrid Nieto, Maxene Magalona, and Richard Thaddeus. Established creators such as Anne Clutz, Hana Beshie, and Dr. Bea Chan are also part of the program.

For Maureen Estrada, founder and CEO of Nuwhite, developing creators means looking beyond numbers and reach.

“Our ambition is bigger than helping 200 creators succeed. We want Glow For 200 to contribute to a more responsible, credible, and sustainable creator industry—one where influence is treated as a responsibility, credibility is valued as much as reach, and creators are equipped to turn their talent into meaningful and lasting careers,” Estrada said.

She also hopes the initiative will encourage brands to rethink how they work with creators.

“We also hope this campaign encourages more brands to invest not only in influence marketing, but in influencer development. When creators are given the right knowledge…”

And that distinction matters. Building a career as a creator involves much more than figuring out what gets views. There’s personal branding, negotiating partnerships, understanding money, growing an audience, and knowing how to keep going after the latest trend has passed.

Glow Beyond is designed to give its 200 participants a foundation for exactly that.

With Rivera as one of its ambassadors and a mix of industry experts and established creators involved, Glow For 200 is positioning the program as a longer-term investment in the people behind the content.
