Oh hey there! It’s me again with another review of a supplement that can help ease anxiety and lets us have a good sleep at night. Today, we’re not gonna be featuring tablets or capsules. We’re going au naturele with a review of Loyd Good Night Sleep Tea.
I have a bad case of insomnia. That’s a fact. It became worse now that we have the coronavirus pandemic, PLUS the current incompetency of the Philippine government (as of writing), PLUS seeing how many people are losing livelihood each day, PLUS worrying each and every day on what tomorrow will bring. How long will I have a stable income? Will I be able to bring Geof up to college? Are we going to be okay?
I’ve tried A LOT. Including Puritan’s Pride Calm Tabs, that while I love how it relaxes me, I noticed it gave me nightmares. Probably because of passion flower extract, which I heard is notorious to give psychedelic dreams. So I went off Lazada-hunting to look for another supplement to help me with my insomnia. Ta-da! I saw Loyd Good Night Sleep Tea for sale in SnR with A LOT of good reviews, mostly 5-stars! Of course I added it to my cart and checked it out immediately. I ordered 2 boxes, and wish I bought more because it’s currently out of stock 🙁

Loyd Good Night Sleep Tea Review
For maximum taste and benefits, I mix my bedtime tea with 1 tbsp of wild honey and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. These 2 ingredients have extra benefits like better digestion, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and taste really good! It makes my sleep tea yummier.
I tried drinking Good Night’s Sleep Tea without extras and it still tasted pretty swell. No bitter taste at all! Just mild flavors of mint, herbs, and flowers. Quite soothing. I take this as my “dessert” after dinner and it’s perfect to cleanse the palette. A couple of hours later, I can feel the tension in my body slowly melting away. It doesn’t make you drowsy. It only takes away the unnecessary overthinking that your mind unconsciously does.
Then when I’m finally lying down on my bed, closing my eyes. No longer does my mind wander off to problem-land. It’s like telling my brain, don’t worry tonight, just sleep.
I’ll definitely repurchase and I highly recommend.
and may we all survive this pandemic soon. Love you guys!
