Pharmaton Reviews (Positive, Negative, Neutral)

Hello everyone! Today it’ll be a little different compared to my other multivitamin reviews. This is actually the supplement I’m currently taking now. Pharmaton. I’ll tell you why on a different article, but for now we’ll be discussing it’s description, ingredients, and feedback from other users.

Pharmaton is not as popular as let’s say Centrum or Enervon. But it’s one of the more recommended ones by doctors, together with CONZACE.

Pharmaton Capsules are a multivitamin, mineral and ginseng supplement. Each capsule contains standardised Ginseng extract G115 with Vitamins A, B group, C, D, E, Nicotinamide, Folic acid, Biotin, and minerals Iron, Calcium, Copper, Magnesium, Zinc, and Selenium

Pharmaton Vitality Capsules relieve fatigue, tiredness and exhaustion, and also enhances mental performance and physical capacity.

Positive

I take these on occasion for energy. When I do I take 1 a day for 14 days and then I take a break for a few weeks/months. I don’t wanna build up a tolerance but they work so so well for building up you’re overall energy levels. I have many friends who love them for this reason too. There’s no multivitamin like these

Negative

Product secondary effect is intese and gave me intense neck stifness and incremented headaches. The withdrawal sensation after its use is too much and made me me feel sick to the point a could not eat well. Try to return the product and also that is not possible as per policy on Amazon.

Neutral

It does help but is not what I expect
And I get many headaches maybe this is not good for me

Final Thoughts

I’m taking a capsule of Pharmaton every morning, not just to boost my immunity but also to keep my mind alert, and my emotions in check. It gets rid of the lethargy and gives me extra focus during work. I do, however still take vitamin C separately because the amount in this one is just too little.
