REVIEW: Frozen Collagen (with Glutathione)

Frozen Collagen Supplement Review

Packaging – It comes in a resealable pouch. I prefer my supplements to be stored safely in bottles as it feels more secure.

Ingredients – Has 300mg of fish collagen and 250mg of L-Glutathione. Do check if you have allergies. It’s also combined with extracts of fruits & berries that serves as a natural source of Vitamin C. 

Dosage – I take 2 capsules before going to bed. After my dinner. Thankfully it doesn’t have ALA that can cause upset stomach.

Thoughts – You can see results in as early as 2 weeks starting with that luminescence from within.

I wasn’t expecting any changes in my skin color, but lo-behold during review of another product I noticed my complexion is 2 shades lighter and looked more even toned. This has got to be the CHEAPEST yet EFFECTIVE beauty supplement I’ve tried so far. See for yourselves in the video I attached above. 

Is it safe? Not recommended if you’re pregnant or taking other medication. We need to protect our liver.  My hair even bleached still remained soft. Noticed my brows and lashes were growing on a faster rate than usual. Skin all over (not just the face but also the body) is even-toned, fair, and lustrous. 

BUT… after taking it for more than a month now, I realized that it can only “brighten” my skin up to 2 shades. Nothing more. Compared to back when I was taking glutathione supplements with higher dosage. My acne scars didn’t fade as much I want it too.

I recommend Frozen Gluta if you’re on a budget but still wants something that works.
